Design

Ergonomically designed to save time! The balcony design of ths machine ensures an easy and fast wash down, without stairs or platforms. The intelligent design of the Buhmann Servofill AFL-B allows excellent accessibility to enable optimal operation and fast maintenance.

Mechanics

Simple design is best!
The mechanical design features high precision and simplicity - it uses rotary drives and continually closed distribution of forces. A chainless transport plate system as well as a sealing system without springs, guarantees maximum component life and dramatically reduces the need for maintenance or unnecessary downtime.
Intelligent servo drives in the AFL-B machine provide high fexibility whilst sustaining maximum performance.
With it's modular design, the Buhmann machine frame enables a multitude of customized configurations.

Electrical

For maximum fail-safe-security, all drives are controlled by adjustable load currents, absolute encoders, and reference initiators or limit switches.
The location and design of the electrical cabinet allows optimal accessibility and is housed at the rear of the AFL-B machine.

Filler systems

Buhmann's filling and dosing systems will save your money!
High target weight accuracy and efficient filling and dosing processes are available. We can offer a choice of piston fillers, trendsetting Buhmann designed volumetric fillers, including gravity or vibration types, inductive flow meters and even Multihead weighers.
Our portfolio of drip free filling and dosing systems can be combined with numerous filling head designs. CIP/SIP-execution allows a fast automatic clean down and good access makes more rigorous cleaning an easy task.

Format change overs

Buhmann helps achieve your goal with the minimum of fuss. Fast, exchangeable fill/sealing heads and magazines make the change over simply child's play. Motor driven stations adjust automatically when new preset programs are selected. Different product specific parameters for filling are set automatically. Keep it simple and flexible! With a virtually format free cup magazine or de-nester, cup sizes and formats are almost unlimited.

Control system

Buhmann offers an operator friendly, self learning and fault diagnosis based interface as standard. Our 10'' colour touch screen demonstrates a highly visual display with easily adjustable parameters and effective diagnostic features, thus giving the user complete control to achieve optimal performance every time.
