This sorting machine generates fully automated mixed assortment from sales units. The machine is extremely flexible and can be used for glasses, tins, cups, and bottles. The application of modern servo-technology makes it able to generate any mixing-ratio. The operator can choose his desired mix simply at the touch-panel. Also to change the mixing-ratio needs only a few of seconds.
This sorting machine can also be used as a linkage between filling, packing and palletising. Thereby one product is produced online meanwhile the other product is arranged with it.
Also mixing two products “offline”, for example in the dispatch area, can be managed efficient by this device.
